Now Accepting New Clients | Arizona + Nevada | In-Person & Telehealth
You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many clients begin therapy feeling emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, exhausted, or stuck in patterns they no longer want to carry. Others simply feel unlike themselves and want support gaining clarity, balance, and direction. Therapy provides a supportive space to better understand yourself, process experiences, strengthen coping skills, and create healthier, more meaningful change.
Not at all. Many clients begin therapy knowing something feels “off,” even if they cannot fully explain it yet. Part of the therapeutic process is developing insight and clarity around emotional patterns, stressors, relationships, life transitions, and internal experiences over time. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out for support.
Your first session is an opportunity to begin building a supportive and collaborative therapeutic relationship. We will talk through what has been bringing you to therapy, explore your goals, discuss relevant personal history, and identify areas where you may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or emotionally impacted. The first session is designed to feel grounded, supportive, and nonjudgmental while creating a clearer understanding of how therapy can best support you moving forward.
That is completely okay. Many clients at RVIV Wellness are beginning therapy for the first time. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, unfamiliar, or even intimidating, especially if you are used to handling things on your own. The process moves at a pace that feels supportive and comfortable for you. Therapy is not about judgment or having all the answers, it’s about creating space for growth, healing, self-awareness, and meaningful change.
